Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please email us at hello.rudriva@gmail.com with your order details.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Return & Replacement Policy.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
